Sybil Fennel

Sybil Fennell is an experienced broadcaster, teacher and media researcher.

She began her radio career during the 1980's as Head of News with Radio Nova whilst still at university at Trinity College in Dublin.

Sybil then relocated to London's LBC radio station as presenter of the weekday 'Nightline' magazine programme before moving on to work as Head of News with Britain's first commercial satellite broadcaster, Satellite Radio Nova, in Surrey and then Buzz FM in Birmingham.

Most recently Sybil has been heard on-air as a newsreader with Britain's national classical radio station – Classic FM.

She holds a PGCE teaching qualification, and is currently employed as the Head of ICT at a prep school.

Sybil also continues to work as a broadcaster and freelance media researcher and lives with her two children in Surrey.
